It is used by all fencers except children under the age of 10 fencing in a USFA sanctioned Y10 event. Size 2 is 32" in length. It is the maximum regulation size allowed for children fencing in a USFA sanctioned Y10 event. Size 0 is 30" in length. It is an optional size allowed for children fencing in a USFA sanctioned Y10 event. (Shorter weapons provide lighter weight and better balance for very small children.) Note: size 2 and size 0 weapons are shipped with smaller diameter, lighter weight bell guards and lighter weight pommels. LH refers to left handed and RH refers to right handed.
