Peter Zay is from Budapest, Hungary. He started fencing at the age of 9. Among others he has been a student of worldwide known Hungarian Fencing master László Szabó. He was a member of the National Junior fencing Team of Hungary. Hungarian National Junior Championship - Second Place obtained ranking as category "A" Fencer (European Ranking.) He relocated to the USA from Europe in 1992 and obtained membership in the United States Fencing Association. He has placed in the top three at several Southeast Sectional USFA tournaments.
Peter founded Touché Fencing Club in 1998 and holds several teaching positions at various schools. Besides fencing he taught photography for several years.

Peter received a degree in journalism and photography in Budapest and became a photojournalist/artist, working for several newspapers and picture agencies in Hungary and in Germany. His photos appeared in several books and other publications. He travelled extensively in both Europe and in the U.S.
Peter is fluent in Hungarian, English and German.

Peter is married and has two children.

Gilbert Bailey

Gilbert Bailey has been fencing since 1994 as a member of the United States Fencing Association. He fences foil and holds a "C06" rating. He was the 2005 North Carolina Divisional Championship Foil Bronze Medalist. He was also the North Carolina Men's Foil Points champion for the following seasons: 2004-2005 and 2001-2002.

Prior to founding fencePBT.com, Inc., along with Peter Zay, Gilbert was Vice President of Sales & Information Technology for Software Express, Inc., a nationwide leader in academic software licensing. Gilbert began as an Account Executive with Software Express, Inc. in 1991 and held several positions until his departure in January of 2000. He was responsible for both the sales and information technology (IT) organizations. He helped Software Express, Inc. grow from a six person academic startup in 1991 to a nationwide leader with over 50 employees. During his tenure Software Express, Inc. was placed on the prestigious Inc. 500 list twice, once in 1995 as the 337th fastest growing privately held corporation in America and again in 1996 as number 325.

Gilbert received his Bachelor of Arts from Guilford College in 1991. He is a Certified Netware Engineer (CNE) as well as a Certified Lotus Notes Consultant (CLP.) Gilbert has over 20 years of technology experience.

Gilbert is married and has one child.
