PBT Carry Style Fencing Bags

PBT, European made, fencing bags come in many different styles. From a simple guitar shaped fencing bag that will carry a mask, weapon and clothing to the more sophisticated duplo bag which will separate your clothing and weapons we have a carry bag for you.

Things to consider when purchasing a fencing bag:

• You should always take your fencing equipment out of your bag to dry off when you return home from fencing. This will help to prevent oxidation of the mask, lame and weapons.
• The typ-top and guitar shaped fencing bags are made from a heavy canvas material. All other bags are made from a nylon material.
• The typ-top, guitar shaped and primo fencing bags will hold a mask, glove, weapons and a few clothing items.
• The duplo fencing bag has two halves and will separate weapons from clothing. This will help to keep your fencing uniform from getting rust marks on it.
• If you do not purchase a duplo bag store your blades in PVC plastic pipe (available from any hardware store) to keep the blade from rubbing up against your clothing.
• The typ-top bag is made from the same canvas material as our roll bag series. This means it is suitable for air line travel. If you are going to travel via a plane choose this bag or one of our roll bags. All other carry style fencing bags are designed for car travel.
