You can place an order via our secure website 24 hours a day. We ship orders Monday through Friday. Your order will be shipped within 24 hours and in most cases it will ship the same day. If an item is not in stock we will email you within 24 hours.

Phone orders can be placed between 10:00am through 5:00pm eastern standard time, Monday through Friday. However we are often able to answer the phone outside of our posted hours since we do forward our business lines to a designated employee each day. Messages are checked daily within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.
